Loose stopper function

POLY DELTITE prevent screw loosening even if external force perpendicular to the axis or external force around the axis behaves. It is because three (3) convex parts on bearing surface absorb these external forces.

Stripped screw prevention

Tapping screws acts as a tool for internal thread formation. Internal thread formed with tapping screws has accurate shape, smooth external thread plastic formation and less damage on surface and interior of internal thread. POLY DELTITE has DELTITE function, which is excellent for internal thread formation. Therefore, there is almost no damage to the molded internal thread. Compared to other tapping screws, breakdown torque ratio (the ratio of stripped screw torque and driving torque) is higher. In addition, axial direction force of internal thread (to be broken by tightening) and gripping force are also high.

Combination of POLY WAVE and DELTITE

POLY DELTITE is a composite product that combines the head of POLY WAVE and the threaded part of DELTITE.
