When using stepped threads, there are cases of unstable fastening or damaging expensive equipment due to broken screw of incomplete thread. There is no such concern in using SHOLDEK because of no incomplete thread.
Low cost production is possible because SHOLDEK is simple structure with normal machine screw and standard spacer.
SHOLDEK is designed not to fall off by inserting a spacer into the washer faced machine screw.
In addition, annealed low carbon steel (12C) is adopted as the material of the machine screw to ensure quality.
